The Padres play their final game in Qualcomm Stadium. Padres’ second baseman Mark Loretta’s hits a solo shot in the eighth inning during a 10-8 loss to the Colorado Rockies, which is the final home run in Qualcomm Stadium history. The Padres would move into their current home, Petco Park, in 2004.
