Padres Game Thread 6/9/21: Cubs @ Padres

Game three begins this afternoon and it’s high time the Padres put their foot down and take this series. They’ve lost four of the past five against the Cubs and and they’ve got a good chance of getting their second win over Chicago this year with Yu Darvish (6-1, 2.25 ERA) on the mound tonight. He’ll be facing Jake Arrieta (5-6, 5.26 ERA).

Starting Lineup

Wil Myers is back in right field, Tommy Pham takes over center, and Brian O’Grady will start in left field for today’s contest. Besides that, expect the usual suspects.
