Padres Game Thread 6/17/21: Reds @ Padres

It’s a new series which means it’s a fresh opportunity to do something great. To turn this whole thing around.

The Reds are 35-31, which looks a little better when you realize the Padres’ recent woes have their record looking not much better. But forget the Reds, we know the Padres are better than them. We know this team is better than what we just saw in an abysmal effort against the Rockies.

Will Jayce Tingler shake things up dramatically? I wouldn’t be surprised to see that at all. Maybe that’s just what this team needs in the moment.
