The Padres fell to the Mets on Saturday afternoon 4-1 to lose their second-straight series and their fourth-straight contest. Fernando Tatis Jr. homered for the team’s only run of the day and Joe Musgrove finished with seven strikeouts, one walk, and three runs allowed.
In today’s game three, Chris Paddack (2-5, 4.27 ERA) will be on the mound against former Padre Joey Lucchesi (1-4, 5.79 ERA).
