Happy Hump Day, Friar Faithful.
We’ve got a double-header on tap today to finish out this series against the Rockies.
The team is a bit short-handed due to recent positive COVID-19 tests for both Fernando Tatis Jr. and Wil Myers. Due to contact tracing, several other starters will miss today’s game, as well.
Team News
Due to health and safety protocols, the #Padres placed OF Wil Myers and INF Eric Hosmer on the Injured List.

The top of the lineup remains unchanged but the rest of the group sees some new faces due to more starters landing on the IL today. Tucupita Marcano is starting at second with Jake Cronenworth starting on first. Ha-Seong Kim is back at shortstop and while Brian O’Grady makes his Padres debut in right field for Myers.
Enjoy the game! Go Padres!
