Happy Tuesday, Padres fans. Are you all rested and recovered from the latest Dodgers series? No? Well I don’t blame you one bit. From the stress of the games while they were going on to the post-game celebrations, it’s very understandable.
The Friars (13-11) begin a quick two-game stint in Arizona against the Diamondbacks (11-11) in what hopefully turns out to be a nice and easy two-game boost to the team’s overall record.
Chris Paddack (1-2, 3.50 ERA) and Merrill Kelley (1-2, 7.71 ERA) are you starting pitchers tonight.

After things worked so well against Los Angeles, Jayce Tingler will continue to keep the lineup mostly unchanged, especially at the top. Wil Myers also returns after missing the incredible finale against the Dodgers and will bat fifth. Profar will start once more in left field and Victor Caratini will catch for The Sheriff.
Enjoy the game! Go Padres!
