The Padres begin a four-game road series with the Dodgers tonight less than a week after finishing another three-game series against Los Angeles in Petco Park. They came away with one win out of those previous three and I think I can speak for the entire Friar Faithful that it’d be nice to at least split the series this time around.
Like Jayce Tingler promised, Ryan Weathers is making his scheduled start despite Dinelson Lamet returning to the lineup yesterday. He’ll face Walker Buehler today on the other side.

Fernando Tatis Jr. is your leadoff man with Trent Grisham, Manny Machado, and Eric Hosmer following him up. Jurick Profar is starting in place of Tommy Pham in left field and will be batting eighth. Luis Campusano will bat seventh and catch for Weathers.
Enjoy the game! Go Padres! Let’s shock the world and just do the damn thing!
