UPDATE 6:30pm: A member of the Giants has tested positive for the coronavirus. It’s unknown if the Padres will play any of the games this week against San Francisco knowing how past postponements have shaken out.

Tonight’s game against the Giants has been postponed, and no one outside of the team officials know why.

As of now, it may be safe to assume that it is related to Covid-19, but nothing has been brought to light, and reportedly no one has tested positive in recent days. Time will tell, but for now, baseball has been put on hold.
