Man, last night’s game was exactly what the doctor ordered after that rough five-game stretch. After being on the wrong side of five-straight, Fernando Tatis Jr. put an emphatic stamp on their victory with his first career grand slam.
Unwritten rules be damned. It was awesome.
The Padres called up lefty Adrian Morejon today and he’s set to get the start for the Friars. The Rangers will trot out Mike Minor (0-1) for his fifth start of the season.
News Update:
Prior to today’s game, the #Padres optioned RHP Luis Perdomo to the alternate training site and recalled LHP Adrian Morejon.
