On Tuesday, the MLB finalized the picks within Competitive Balance Rounds A and B, which include six teams in former and eight in the latter.
The teams in Round A are the Marlins, Tigers, Brewers, Rays, Reds, and Twins while the teams in Round B are the Pirates, Orioles, Royals, D-backs, Rockies, Indians, Cardinals, and Padres.
The Padres are set to pick 74th with the final pick of Competitive Balance Round B.
As of now, the picks are still subject to change based on the potential for trades and free agent signings of players who rejected a qualifying offer this season.

The 2021 MLB Draft is scheduled to take place from July 11-13 in order to coincide with All-Star Week festivities in Atlanta.
