Well folks, fans were clearly tired of the Andy Green era in San Diego. If you read Twitter, you’ll get more insight as to what they didn’t like. Short version? Everything. Personally I feel bad for the guy. Seems like a decent enough person. Maybe he’ll manage in the minors. Could always head to Korea?

Fans still feel good about the direction of the team, but this still represents a sharp decline in confidence. The natives are becoming restless, as they say. In fact, AJ Preller is now in the spotlight. It’s clearly a make or break season for him in 2020. He just got a vote of confidence from ownership... so basically he has 1 year to win “or else”. Should be a fun offseason!
