MTPGA: Who are the Padres’ all-stars?

Once again, it came time to record this week’s MTPGA and our plans to do so in my backyard seemed less than ideal. It was cold and much of the furniture out there was still wet from the rain earlier in the week.

So, Craig and I did what anyone would’ve done, and we went back to a brewery. This time we visited the newly-opened Black Market Brewing location near SDSU and talked about:

• Padres looking goos vs. AL East
• East coast folks flipping out over Manny Machado’s hustle
• Middle relief issues
• Wil Myers in the OF
• Who should be on the all star team?
• Nitpicks: Padres’ injury blackout, Ted Leitner revisited

Much of Padres Twitter has been arguing for voting for the whole Padres team to make the All-Star Game, but Craig and I tried to figure out who deserved the vote (and who was likely to make the NL All-Star team) instead.
