The offense has been quiet during most of this series averaging only three runs per game. If they’re to rescue a split this afternoon, they will likely need to do better than that against the Pirates Joe Musgrove. The 26-year-old Musgrove is in his second season with the Pirates and has been successful thus far. He is arguably their #2 starter at this point in the season and it won’t likely be easy to put runs on the board against him.
