Gaslamp Ball is hiring writers. These are part-time, remote, contract positions compensated with a monthly stipend. Keep reading to find out if this is the right opportunity for you.

What does the role entail?

Gaslamp Ball writers will be responsible for writing about the Padres on agreed-upon topics and schedules.

What qualifications should you have?

Our best candidates will:

  • Have a passion for the Padres and will already be familiar with Gaslamp Ball.
  • Be able to produce and edit clean copy.
  • Be comfortable working in a remote environment.
  • Have a skill set, availability, and experience that lines up with the specific role you’re applying to fill.
  • Previous baseball writing experience is preferred.
