Padres fans were asked this week whether or not they approve of the job Andy Green is doing as the manager in San Diego and the results were mixed.

Overall, fans still approve of the job Green is doing. It’s worth noting that his approval rating has plummeted from a week 3 high of 100%. It’s normal to see a manager approval rating fluctuate, but when you inspect how fans feel about the direction of the team it starts painting a different picture.

This one is really, really interesting. 100% of Padre fans are confident in the overall direction, yet just 67% approve of Andy Green. This number has been consistent throughout the year. The only thing that’s changed is how fans feel about Green.
