WHO: San Diego Padres vs. Colorado Rockies
WHAT: Revenge! The Rockies came into Petco Park and easily swept a 2-game series against the Padres about a month ago. Time to repay the favor!
WHEN: Friday, May 10, 2019, at 5:40 p.m.
WHERE: Coors Field
HOW: Watch on FOX Sports San Diego (or FOX Sports Go), listen on 97.3FM The Fan. Spanish broadcasts on FOX Deportes San Diego and XEMO 860AM.
WHY: The San Diego Padres are 10-6 in their last 16 games and hoping to stay above on this road trip. The Rockies are below .500 and 4-6 in their last 10, so hopefully this series turns out to be another way for the Padres to separate from the bottom of the division.
We’ve got mile high baseball on tap as we start a weekend series in Colorado.

Here’s tonight’s #Padres lineup: pic.twitter.com/jC5aR1Dhvs
This is mostly the same lineup that Andy Green has been using lately, with one giant change: Greg Garcia replaces Ian Kinsler at 2B and in the leadoff spot. Garcia has been a really tough out at the plate all year long and leads the team in on-base percentage, so this has potential to really get the Padres offense jump-started in the thin air of Denver.
