Okay, let’s give this recap thing a try...
Oh, baby

That was pretty. That was the home run that San Diego Padres fans, and Manny Machado, have been waiting for. Hopefully, he can relax now and start hitting them at a more regular pace.
Moving on to the next thing....
But, wait....can I see it again?
I can’t say no to you!

Whew. It’s hard to put into context just how great of a player Manny Machado has been to this point in his career (if he was with San Diego this whole time he’d be chasing only Tony Gwynn in career WAR on the team’s list), and it’s sometimes overwhelming to remember that he’s still very much in the prime of his career. Expect to see many more bombs like this from Manny.
Now, onto a non-Manny thing...maybe....
Okay, fine, one more time

That felt good.
Apologies to Joey Lucchesi, Wil Myers, and the Padres bullpen. We only had enough space for Manny today.
