Derek Holland (0-3, 5.76 ERA) has only faced the Padres once and did not fare well in that contest; he was pulled after 4 2⁄3 innings with 3 runs and 6 hits allowed. Look for reigning NL Rookie of the Month Christian Villanueva to do damage today. The 3rd baseman homered off of Holland in their last matchup back on April 14th.
