The Padres enjoyed their first off day of the Spring yesterday, after defeating Team Mexico in an exhibition game on Tuesday. Today they're back to their regular Spring Training schedule, hosting the Milwaukee Brewers at Peoria Sports Complex.

Jarred Cosart gets his second Spring Training start. His last time out he pitched one scoreless inning, allowing no hits or runs and issuing just one walk while striking out two batters. The 26-year-old right-hander is trying to make his case for a rotation spot in one of the most competitive position battles of the Spring.

Another young righty, Zach Davies, will get the start for the Brewers, making his third Spring Training appearance. His previous two starts saw him go three innings combined, with no hits, no runs, two walks, and two strikeouts. Davies made 28 starts for Milwaukee in 2016, going 11-7 with a 3.97 ERA and 1.250 WHIP.

Catch the game on FM 94.9 or MLB At-Bat starting at 12:10 pm PT.
