The 2016 season was the Padres' first since 1987 in which they did not have a reliever who saved 20 or more games. Fernando Rodney was well on his way during his outstanding stretch in San Diego, but was still sitting on 17 saves when he was traded to Miami. After he took his talents to South Beach, the lion's share of save opportunities went to Brandon Maurer, but he racked up only 13.
There are two minutes on the clock to enter the names of the 11 Padres closers who have saved 20 or more games in a season. Seven of them did the deed more than once; the year(s) each pitcher did so are provided as a clue, and the answers are arranged in chronological order for your convenience. Last names are all that are required, and you can input them in no particular order.
As always, please log your results in the poll when you're done, and take care to use the spoiler bar feature over any relevant names in your comments.
