Chitchat:
I'm bringing you the Padres Preview tonight since jodes0405 is busy. Me? I'm not that busy. I'm super excited though, even if I won't be attending Beerfest or the game in person. I will be there in the spirits and in spirit. I'm looking forward to plopping down on my couch and watching this game for as long as my eyes will stay open. So sleepy.
Preview:
The Padres play their 7,353rd regular season game tonight against the Dodgers. They'll try and close the 370-415 (47.13%) franchise gap with a win tonight. The 2015 Pads are off to a 10-7 start for the 5th time in their history. Previously starting with this record in 1975, 1996, 2007 and 2009.
On April 24th the Padres have a 24-17 (58.54%) record and on their 18th game of the season they're 20-26 (43.48%). So that will tell you a lot about how you can expect this game to turn out.
When the Padres are in first place in the NL West they're 66-36 (64.71%) when facing the Dodgers. Take all that information into consideration prior to first pitch.
