Trevor Hoffman to be inducted in Padres HoF on August 30th
First and foremost, it's been officially announced that the Padres legendary closer, Trevor Hoffman, will be inducted into the Padres Hall of Fame on August 30th. This is a no-brainer, but for some reason it took forever for the Padres to remember they have a Hall of Fame. Sportswriter Tom Krasovic, who is on the Padres HoF committee made the announcement via his Twitter account last week but the date was announced today.

Fox Sports Girls are TV stars
Remember the good old days when the FSSD Girls would come visit you in your seats? Those days are apparently long gone. Now they hang out with the fat cats in suites and do TV shows. It's just not the same.
