Tomorrow Tyson Ross will be heading to Minnesota for the All Star Break, but today he takes the mound in L.A. as our Padres close out the four-game set against the Dodgers and try to salvage a split.
Ross' All-Star nod came as a bit of a surprise, but it was well-deserved. The right-hander has posted a 2.93 ERA overall and a 1.86 ERA in his last four starts. Unfortunately the Padres offense hasn't given their All Star much support. In his last seven starts, he's thrown for 47 innings but only got four runs of support in that stretch. Hopefully they can do better by him this time around.
GO FRIARS!! KEEP THE FAITH!! BEAT LA!!
