USA vs. Belgium: Petco Park will be open for World Cup Match this afternoon

Petco Park will be opening its gates this afternoon to welcome soccer fans to the Park at the Park to watch the World Cup match between USA and Belgium.

The East Village and Gaslamp Gates will open to the public at 12:30 PDT, half an hour before the 1:00 PDT start time. Gates will close again immediately following the conclusion of the match to allow final preparations for tonight's Padres-Reds game, and they will open again to Padres season ticket holders at 4:30.

Per the Padres' press release:

Discounted parking will be made available in both the Tailgate and Parcel C parking lots. Select concessions will also be made available for purchase in the Park at the Park area, including the beer garden.
