Our old friend Mat Latos is in town and pitching against our boys tonight. There will probably be lots of Latos Padres jerseys in the crowd tonight, which I think is weird, but whatever floats people's boats I guess.
I can't wait to see Jesse Hahn take the hill again. I feel like an upside to this Padres season is that we've seen quite a few of the younger and/or newer players get playing time with the big league ball club and most of those guys have taken advantage of those opportunities to help our Padres and make impressions. Hahn is just one of those guys, so it should be fun to watch him pitch again tonight.
On another note, seeing the Fox Sports San Diego set next to the Western Metal Building will never get old. That view of the field is gorgeous and everything just seems better in that location, don't you think?
