I'm not quite sure why I compiled all the Padres offense's Line Scores, except that I was curious. I wanted to see which inning the Padres tend to score the most runs and the least. It turns out the Padres have scored the most runs in the 1st inning, which I guess makes sense since opposing pitchers may take time to settle in and find their groove. Plus the Padres were likely plating their best hitters.
The team scored the least amount of runs in the 2nd inning of 9 inning games. All that scoring in the 1st tires them out, I suppose. I was guessing that the scoring would be the lowest in the 9th inning when opposing closers entered the game, but I was wrong.

There's not really enough extra inning games to draw many conclusions with the numbers but they're fun to look at.

So there you have it. If you're watching a game this year you don't have to worry about watching the first 3 innings, you won't be missing much Padres offense.
