This quiz will test your knowledge of Padres closers throughout their history. When I was collecting data, I first defined closer as whoever had the most saves for the team that season, but after looking at the first few years, that proved to be the wrong tack. I mean, it would be asking too much to expect everyone to know that Mike Corkins led the Padres with six saves in 1972. That in mind, I set the baseline to 20 saves in order to better define closer for our purposes here. There have been 10 pitchers who fit that criteria for one or more season; you have two minutes on the clock to get as many as you can recall, since that doesn't leave a lot of time for guessing.
