Four years ago today, I joined this crazy, weird, rad community of Padres fans and I've never looked back. It's odd because it feels like Gaslamp Ball has just been there my whole life. As many of you know, the 0405 in my username stands for my birthday. I was joking with Axion last night that I should change my name to jodes0817 because it kinda feels like I wasn't REALLY born until I joined Gaslamp Ball. Idk. I'm kind of obsessed with you hooligans. It's awkward.
Anyway. Edinson Volquez is still in the rotation. So... yeah. Hopefully he can string together some good innings today. We really need to break out of this funk. It's not ideal.

Lineups: The Hundledad is back from paternity leave so we'll see him behind the plate tonight. Venable will lead off again and get a chance to extend his career-long hitting streak to 14 games.
