Jon and I went to the game and he kept distracting me, so let me see if I remember what happened. Edinson Volquez had his first really good start of the year. He threw 7 scoreless innings. Crazy right?
Carlos Quentin hit a colossal home run into the third deck of the Western Metal Supply building to give the Padres the lead in the 4th. If I remember correctly they said it went 392 feet.
