Our Padres hit the road today to take on the Rangers at Surprise Stadium. Eric Stults will make his second start of the Spring as he hopes to continue his campaign for a rotation spot this upcoming season. He is scheduled to go three innings and will try to bounce back from his rough Spring debut. He tossed one inning and allowed four runs to cross home on four hits.
San Diego native Sean O`Sullivan is scheduled to pitch in relief of Stults. O'Sullivan will add two innings to his already five innings of work thus far this Spring. In that time on the mound, he has only given up one run. While he is considered anything but a candidate for the starting rotation this season, O'Sullivan has been great so far and hopes to continue to impress. Brad Boxberger, Matt Stites, Brad Brach, and Kevin Quackenbush will each pitch an inning out of the 'pen as well.
#Padres lineup at #Rangers: Amarista 6, Buck 7, Kotsay 9, Guzman 0, Gyorko 4, Blanks 3, Ransom 5, Decker 8, Baker 2. Stults, O'Sullivan go.

Monday lineup: A. Beltre 3b, Kinsler 2b, Berkman dh, Moreland 1b, Murphy lf, Pierzynski c, E. Beltre rf, Martin cf, Profar ss, Darvish p.
