Padres broadcaster Jerry Coleman and the Padres shot a short video in front of the USS Midway to honor military veterans. Jerry, himself a veteran, says that the greatest day of his life was when he got his wings and his commission from the USMC. If you're interested in Jerry's military career, may I recommend reading his book, it's a real good read. As you may know he's one of the few baseball players to ever serve active duty in two different wars.
All the edits in the video make me wonder if he went on a little too long about that "mess in the Middle East".
