Padres were winning for a while, eventually lost to Dodgers in extra innings

Still not impressed.

Did you guys see the game last night? I watched up until the 9th inning when the Padres still had a 3-2 lead. It was then with the confidence of a true Padres fan I turned off the game, knowing that we'd win. An hour later I saw Twitter was depressed about the game's outcome.

There was no way. Chase Headley had 3 RBI, Andrew Werner threw a gem and outfielders were making great defensive plays everywhere. Alas, it was Luke Gregerson and Cory Burns who blew it.

Andre Ethier hit a game tying home run in the 9th that sent the teams into extra innings. Ethier has always owned the Padres, but I thought he was part of the outgoing Moorad minority group. I guess he's still got a stake.

I checked my MLB app to see walk-off.

Sure it'd be easier to ignore but I feel like I have to force myself to watch this just to fuel my hatred of the Dodgers. In all the excitement with his Dodger teammates ripping his Jersey off, did you notice like Lobshots did that A.J. Ellis got a celebratory ball tap? I have to admit, he deserved it.

Anyway, I hope Adrian Gonzalez doesn't make it to the post season and blames the media. That's my favorite part of the post season.
