Leila's last day will be September 16th. She'll be helping to start a new regional sports network there as an anchor, but she will always be a Gaslamp Baller and a sister of the Sisterhood of the Travelling Jersey. Leila will also be remembered as the prettier and/or not as pretty replacement for Jenny Cavnar who was the crush of 11 to 35 year old male Padres Fan throughout San Diego.
Who would you want to see prowl the stands looking for crazy people to interview? I vote for me. Post game interviews can be left to somebody who didn't arrive in the 3rd and leave in the 6th, but those in game interviews with people who catch foul balls and stuff? TOTES ME.
