Padres dominate the Giants, 6-3. DOMINATE, I say.

"You know why you did well, Jason? This. This right here. You know what that is?" "My left peck?" "It's your heart, Jason. Your heart."
"You know why you did well, Jason? This. This right here. You know what that is?" "My left peck?" "It's your heart, Jason. Your heart."

Jason Marquis, our 23rd option a starting pitcher, dominated - dominated, I say - the Giants today. Three hits. One walk. Eight strikeouts.

On the other hand, Tim Lincecum did not dominate us. Jesus Guzman hit a couple of home runs. Huston Street saw a 4 out save. All in all it was the kind of win that we've come to expect from the Padres this season. Crushing opponents, etc.

In other news, I listened toe parts of the game on the radio, and I am almost, but not quite, convinced that somewhere deep down Ted Leitner is intimidated by Bob Scanlan. Maybe it's just me. Maybe they get along great in real life. But somewhere, I'm almost positive there's the slightest bits of manly waving of peemises in the radio booth. In other other news, Maxwell says the word "penis" like "peemis".
