Fort Wayne Tin Caps v. Wisconsin Timber Rattlers, 4:05p: The 'Caps look to bounce back in the first game of a three game set after taking what fellers 'round these parts call an old fashioned wallerin' from Beloit, a billion to three. Okay, the Snappers really scored eight but whatever.
Eugene Emeralds @ Spokane Indians, 6:30p: The Ems are shooting for their fifth win in a row and 8-20 Spokane doesn't look like much trouble. However, baseball isn't played on paper. Additional cliches.
Lake Elsinore Storm @ Inland Empire 66ers, 7:05p: The Storm head to IE for three games following a 4-1 win last night over High Desert. Lake Elsinore now has 52 wins, 12 over .500.
San Antonio Missions v. Midland RockHounds, 7:05p: It'd be pretty cool if the Mish scored some runs and prevented Midland from scoring a whole bunch; they failed on both fronts last night to the tune of a 10-0 loss.
Tucson Padres v. Fresno Grizzlies, 7:05p: Tonight is "Christmas In July" at Kino, with gifts for the first 2,500 fans as well as Santa Claus, elves, candy canes and all that stuff. The only thing on my list is a win, something the TuPads did not deliver on Christmas Eve.
