Padres claim first sweep of the season against Mariners

The Padres earned their first sweep of the season by beating the Mariners tonight. It was a team effort with most of the offensive action taking place in the 5h and 6th innings. It was crazy, the Padres were flipping singles around the field like they were at a strip club with a lunch special.

If our buddy Wonko is to be believed this is the first time the Padres have EVER swept the Mariners. That's a streak of non-sweeping that goes back to like 1997 or something.
