In a move that made a lot of the "smart" baseball fans snicker a little bit, the Dodgers bit on the latest Padres rebuilding project named Aaron Harang and offered him a $12 million contract over 2 years despite everything that Petco Park has told us about pitchers exactly like Aaron Harang.
And yet, we're the ones without a win this season and Aaron Harang at Petco Park suddenly looks dominating.
So... If ever there was a Must Win Game in a season such as 2012, it's this game. I get it. There's no way the Padres are as bad as they look (because they look absolutely terrible). A slow period happens to every team and for the Padres it's happening right at this moment.
Still... Don't get swept by the Dodgers. Come on now.
Also, Happy Easter!
