Oh hey. We've got another baseball game tonight. Isn't that wonderful? I LOVE BASEBALL SEASON.
However, now that the Padres are in last place and the Dodgers are in first place, it's safe to say the season is over. Set your sights on 2013, folks. Good thing we've got such a great farm system. Better yet, I hear the Yankees are pretty good. We should all start following them. They've got tons of money and some World Series Championships under their belts. Now that's a REAL team. Not this cheap, minor-league-level abomination they call the Padres. Psh.
Congrats for not being a foulweather and making it past the jump. For that, I love you. Now let's talk about those Padres.
So we're either on pace to go 0-162 or 161-1. Unless we want to go down a very dark path, the team needs to win tonight. That's right. This is a MUST. WIN. GAME.
Tonight, Cory Luebke will take the mound for the good guys while Chad Billingsley leads the Dodgers. You can read more about the pitching matchup here.
Here's the lineup brought to you by Corey Brock:
#Padres lineup vs. #Dodgers: Maybin 8, Venable 9, Headley 5, Guzman 7, Alonso 3, Hundley 2, Hudson 4, Bartlett 6, Luebke 1.

Like Dex, I will be here with you guys rather than at the ballpark tonight. But unlike Dex, I will not be able to actually watch the game from my Time-Warner-subscribing home. So I will be relying on radio, gameday, and, most of all, you guys. Let's Lueb up and have some fun. Gross.
GO FRIARS!! KEEP THE FAITH!!
