San Diego SABR's next regional meeting is happening TOMORROW. Here are the particulars:
Our next regional meeting has been scheduled for Saturday, August 13, 2011, to begin at 9:30 am. The location will be the city of San Diego's Mission Valley Library, 2123 Fenton Parkway. There is ample parking and the Trolley Fenton Parkway Station (Green Line) is a short walk away.
Joining us will be Jane Mitchell, author of the book One on One - My Journey with Hall of Famers, Fan Favorites and Rising Stars; Luke Yoder, Director of Field and Landscape Maintenance for the Padres; Jack Murray, official scorer for the San Diego Padres; and chapter member John Green, who will talk about former National League pitcher Joe Oeschger.
