What time of year can you start wearing shorts, t-shirt and flip flops to the ball park without having to worry about getting cold? July? You make that decision too early and you'll end up miserable.
Furthermore at what point do you need to start wearing a jacket again? Late September?
The Padres should have some sort of Almanac for that sort of thing. They should also have a few different people of different body types making clothing suggestions for each game, kind of like how video stores let their clerks make picks.
