"I know that as an ex-professional baseball player, I can go home and sit in the La-Z-Boy somewhere as my career is over with, but I know how essential it will be for the kids," Jackson said. "And I have such a hungry group of young men that I love dearly and they really make it enjoyable to come to the ballpark. That's what baseball is all about."
