Padres score 6 in the 6th to beat Braves 12-5

If the Padres beat the Braves 12-5 and I didn't watch the game, did it really happen?  I say no.

You know what leads me to believe that this game is totally fake?  The papers are saying that Kouzmanoff hit a two run homer.  Who's supposed to believe that?  Everybody knows that Kouz can't hit.  Kouz even knows that.

What I do believe is that the Padres loaded the bases in the first with no outs and failed to score.

Somehow against all odds they came back to score 12 runs in the last 4 innings.  How'd they do it?  Well in the 6th they hit doubles, singles, more doubles and more singles until they had scored 6 runs.

As I say, I didn't see this game so maybe it was awesome.

Here's some interesting notes about the game courtesy of the NC Times:

The Padres had 18 hits, equaled their season high for runs in an inning and had their second-highest scoring game of the season, eclipsed only by a 13-6 win over Milwaukee on Aug. 11. The win was the Padres' 54th of the season in their 128th game. Last season, the Padres didn't earn their 54th win until game No. 140

There's your recap from a guy that didn't see the game.
