The FCC should look into the effect on local viewers of Cox's refusal to allow San Diego Padres games to be made available to video channel rivals, according to a letter from U.S. Reps. Bob Filner, D-Calif., and Duncan Hunter, R-Calif., to FCC Chairman Julius Genachowski.
