Second to last game of the season.
For the next two games, let's try to not have anything happen that requires any sort of management, not necessarily at a tactical level or even at a strategic level, but at a more general level. As I understand it, the Padres are currently lacking in the general management sense.
So if we need decisions that require very deliberate, specific moves, we have that covered. And if we need decisions that are overly broad and sweeping, we should be good. Anything else, we will be clueless. To wit, we will not be able to make any decisions that require any sort of general understanding. We are playing with one hand tied behind our back.
