Channel 4 captured this extremely rare image of Khalil Greene smiling. They even went so far as to freeze frame the shot and highlight his head so that the viewers could see his human characteristics.

Jim Baird of the UT was just a little late on the scene but was able to capture the aftermath of the smile. There still appears to be some emotion on his face, but it would be inconclusive if not for Channel 4's shot.
