Dodgers response to their nutty fans

Drama sent emails to the Dodgers in regards to this incident on Jackie Robinson night. Three weeks later, this is the response:

Dear [Drama],

Your e-mail has been forwarded to me by Mr. McCourt for follow-up. We appreciate you writing to us to share your experience. We wanted to take this opportunity to apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused you and other fans here at Dodger Stadium.

We appreciate when our fans take time to share their experiences and opinions with us, both positive and negative. Your feedback allows us to view the stadium through the eyes of our fans.

The incident you described is certainly not the level of service we strive to provide to fans here at Dodger Stadium, nor does it describe a typical evening here at the ballpark. Please be assured that your comments are taken seriously and that we are taking every measure to ensure that all fans have a positive experience here at Dodger Stadium. Should you ever find yourself in a similar position, please do not hesitate to call upon at Guest Relations Representative; we can be reached at (323) 224-2611.

The Dodgers are committed to providing a safe, comfortable and fan friendly environment here at Dodger Stadium. We apologize that we were unable to provide that experience to you and other Padres' fans on Jackie Robinson night.

Once again thank you for your comments regarding your experience here at Dodger Stadium. We look forward to providing a more positive experience for you in future games.
