What sport is the toughest to coach?

All this talk about Joe Torre got me to wondering if any manager would be worth what he was getting. And furthermore, is baseball the easiest sport to manage of the major sports? Personally, I kinda get the feeling that you could reprogram one of those chess supercomputers and have it manage a roster for a year and you'd be perfectly fine.

After all, let's think about what a baseball manager does. He sets the lineup and the rotation. His in game decisions are primarily how long to let a pitcher go in any given situation and decide what players to replace. Sometimes, he'll be like, "Red light!" Is it that tough?

I'm sure there's more to it than that, but for the life of me, I can't imagine what it would be.
