David Wells gets his second start today. Don't forget the game starts at 1:05pm. Wells faces Schmidt.
Well yesterday pretty much killed any momentum we had. Today we need to get the ball rolling again.
Here's some stuff from the UT:
- We may have seen the last of Klesko. He is certainly not coming back this season. With any luck Klesko will retire as promised
Ryan Klesko, unable to take batting practice because of back pain, was put on the 60-day disabled list to open a 40-man spot for Knott.
- Bochy is going to lobby out of town writers so they will vote Trevor for the Cy Young Award.
- Bochy is going to switch the starting rotation so that Peavy will face the Dodgers in his next start instead of the Reds.
