Good win. It was especially nice cause I was at the game and this guy behind me kept talking about how much better it is at Wrigley. Like, "Look at those empty seats. A Sunday game at Wrigley would never have empty seats," or "Look how the scoreboard has to tell the fans to make noise, they'd never do that at Wrigley."
And, you know, all that may be true, but I don't care. I can rant about that later. For now, the Padres are winners again!
Colorado won again though, so we don't gain any ground there, but the Diamondbacks lost so we tighten the standings up a little bit. The Giants meanwhile should probably start rebuilding now.
May is some kinda crazy fun, isn't it?
