Tonight, the Padres right the ship. No more humiliating defeats. No more taking crap from the fairweathers and bandwagoners. Tonight the Padres regain their dominance. The bats will come alive as Peavy mows down batter after batter. He'll shout things like, "Oh, it's on tonight, boys!" and whisper things like, "I can do everything through Him who gives me strength". The new month brings new vigor and intensity. From here on out we won't lose another series.
It all starts tonight.
